Saddles and Tack For Sale

Lisa loves buying, selling, and collecting saddles and tack. We receive numerous requests
and questions concerning saddle fitment for gaited horses. So she decided to purchase some
new saddles that we have found with rare exception always seem to fit both horse and rider
well. Through the years we have learned many things about gaited horses, most times by
simple trial and error. One thing that always seems to prove true is that you get what you
pay for and that is just a true for saddles/tack as it is for horses, cars, clothes, you name it.
These are all new/nearly new brand names (Circle Y, Crates, Tucker, Liberty Brand Gaited
Horse , Reinsman) as it seems you just can't get what is needed from cheaply made tack.
 If a really great pair of leather boots can cost $100-$250, how in the world could anyone
produce a saddle worth putting on your horse for just a few hundred dollars. It truly isn't
voodoo magic to get a saddle that really fits your gaited trail horse the way a saddle should,
to encourage both comfort for all as well as gait. It's only a matter of choosing high quality
tack that was designed around all the basics of building a great saddle, not a cheap saddle.

American Saddlery Mastercraft Ranch/Wade 15"... Beautiful Golden Basket-weave tooled saddle
is basically brand new. Lisa HAD to ride in it just once and that is the ONLY time it has ever sat on a
horse's back. The saddle has an awesome feeling seat and it fit Mojo perfectly, as it will almost any/every
normal conformation gaited horse out there. It has plenty of gullet width and height to accommodate the
withers. Round skirts make it perfect for the shorter backed horses and the rigging positions the saddle.
There is also a custom made set of saddle bags that match the saddle very nicely at an additional cost.

Black Tennessean "Supreme", like new, 16" seat, made by Crates Leather Company
This like new saddle is the "Original Tennessean" built by Crates Leather on the Steele Equi-Fit
Gaited Horse tree which features gaited horse bars for superior comfort to both horse and rider.
The front has extra clearance and the cantle is the perfect height for easy mounting. It features
3-way in skirt rigging for perfect saddle placement on any horse and also has rear D rings to allow
for an optional flank cinch. The seat is padded and very comfortable even after long hours riding
and the fenders/stirrups are easy on the legs. It does not include a matching breast collar but has long
black saddle strings for tying on whatever. This saddle only weighs about 28lbs. LIKE NEW
